We started NOLA Tribe Yoga with the intention of infusing movement, mindfulness and community into unique New Orleans spaces. We're happy to have amazing partners that invite us to practice in their spaces as well as hosting in beautiful community spaces throughout the city. All of our events are open to the public. Some are free, some are donation-based, and others require a ticket... while ALL are amazing. We hope you'll try each of them and become a part of our TRIBE!

Goat Yoga in the Garden

Series currently on pause for the Summer!
Returning Fall 2018, date TBA

Tucked away in a lush garden oasis lies a little yogi sanctuary. As the weather gets cooler, and the sun sinks lower, we invite you to join Yoga with Baye for a $20 Monday night yoga-in-the-garden series at Paradigm Gardens. The flowers are blooming, the vegetables are ripe, and the smell of fresh basil and rosemary herbs create the most amazing space for you to disconnect from the noise and settle into New Orleans fall. The event is only scheduled for 8 sessions, and there will be various perks across the weeks. RSVP and pre-purchasing of tickets via Eventbrite is required!

Positive Vibes

"On the very first night I moved to New Orleans,

I went to NTY's Tchoup Yard Free Spirited yoga class - that was 6 months ago and needless to say they keep me coming back! Such an amazing tribe with amazing vibes, the yoga classes are the highlight of my week! Wonderful for all skill levels, and if you've never done yoga no worries! They are extremely inclusive and wonderful - you won't regret it!! Thanks to all the instructors, you mean so much to all of us and it's incredible what you do"

- Amanda J. O.

"Coming from some one that isn't a big yoga person

but this is a great work out and a lot of fun! Enjoy a beer and good company afterwards on Wed at tchp yard. Sunrise yoga is also awesome way to start the day. Definitely recommended to any one and every one to give it a try!"

- Jacob B.

"I love practicing yoga in beautiful spaces

and with beautiful people. NOLA Tribe Yoga gives me both of those things. In a world that can be cold and hard it allows me soften, to connect with myself, nature, and the other yogis. It stretches my body and my soul. Thank you for what you do."
